Newnham Building

A detached two storey lab/R&D building situated within a prominent position on the Park and within close reach of the Nucleus central facilities. Arranged predominantly over ground and first floors, the building also benefits from parking and external storage. Internally, the building provides a newly constructed double height glazed reception entrance to the western entrance as well as a new entrance to the eastern end of the building. The flexibility of the building gives it the capability to cater for a range of needs in terms of technical configuration, as well as sizing.
