The Park
The new buildings within the Park will enhance a recognised Research destination.
The first phase of development included the Nucleus Building and a new Laboratory Building.
Phase 2 includes the Sosei building (15,000 sq ft) which is now completed and occupied and the Emmanuel laboratory (41,850 sq ft) which is also completed and occupied by Pfizer.
Future occupiers will join a number of high research and bio-technology companies already on site.
