Constant security
Combining both the latest technology and a visible guard presence our aim is to make Chesterford Research Park a safe environment in which to work. Security at Chesterford Research Park is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a specialist security manned guarding company. The Park road network, occupied buildings and landscaped common areas are covered by regular vehicle and foot patrols.
To augment this continuous presence a comprehensive CCTV system and perimeter
intruder detection system has been installed to monitor and record events on the
park.
As part of the improvement works to the entrance to the Park a sophisticated vehicle recognition system has been installed. This allows for quick and easy access and egress of registered vehicles to the park. Fast track procedures for pre-registered Visitors and Deliveries to the Park are currently in place. However, in order to maintain a high level of Security, any non-registered arrivals on site will be subject to a validity check.
