Conferencing

Meeting Rooms 1-4 are located on the first floor overlooking the arboretum. These rooms are of a similar size offering Boardroom style meetings for up to 14 persons.

Meeting room 5 is located at the front of the building and can accommodate boardroom meetings for up to 10 persons. This room is ideal for interactive meetings and training events

Each room is equipped with a ceiling mounted data projector, pull down screen, data and voice connection points, direct dial telephone and flip chart stand. All rooms are air conditioned with controlled lighting for presentations.

For larger meetings the soundproof partitions can be drawn back to accommodate theatre style meetings for up to 150 people.

Video conferencing facilities and conference telephones may be hired for use in meeting rooms 1 - 4.

These rooms are also available for private receptions, luncheons or formal dinners. A variety of menus are available (see hospitality).

Break out space is located on the first floor and may be used prior to meetings or at break times for the service of tea, coffee, buffets or used for informal receptions.
