Accidents – if an accident occurs within the common/general areas of the Park, the incident should be brought to the attention of the Park Manager OR Security. An accident form will be completed and any further action taken as necessary.

Arboretum – the arboretum is looked after by our Head Groundsman, Michael Player. You will find a number of both rare and old tree species located here.

Bicycles – a number of bicycles are available for use in and around the Park. Please contact the gym to book one out.

Café Bar – located at The Nucleus, open Mon – Fri 0800 – 1500.

Cash Point Machine – located by the Gym entrance on the ground floor at The Nucleus. There are no charges incurred to withdraw cash from this machine.

Children – are most welcome at the Park, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Dates for the Diary – Sporting Events, Fund raising activities and Theme Days.

Day Nurseries – please see attached information.

Dogs – Dogs and other pets should not be brought to The Park.

Evening Events – Social, Business OR Corporate Events can be hosted at The Nucleus, please call the Events Executive for more information.

Gym – located at The Nucleus, open Mon – Thurs from 0700 – 2000, 1930 on Fri.

First Aid – First Aid boxes and qualified First Aiders are available at The Nucleus in Security, The Health & Fitness Centre and The Restaurant.

Fishing – is not allowed in the Ponds OR Lakes without prior permission from the Park Manager

Golf Course – The Golf Course is open from April – October each year. For more details please contact the Gym.

HR Forum – Quarterly meetings for HR Managers and/or Representatives, a useful forum to exchange ideas, information and to catch up on the latest Park News. For more information please contact the Park Manager.

Items for Sale – please see Classified Ads.

Lost/Found Property – this will be logged and retained by Security for three months.

Meeting Rooms – available to hire at The Nucleus, contact 01799 532262 for more information.

Menu – the weekly menu on offer at The Nucleus Restaurant is available as a download.

Notice board – for general adverts/information is located in The Nucleus, by the Vending Machines.

Overtaking – is not allowed on Park Roads.

Parking – Tenant parking is as allocated on the Parking Plan, please see download.

Post Box – located at the Northern entrance to The Nucleus Car Park.

Public Footpath – a public footpath links Little Chesterford Village to Little Walden. Park Tenants are able to join the footpath via the North Car Park, located close to the Golf Course. The Footpath route is outside the Development Zone of the Park.

Restaurant – located at The Nucleus, open Mon – Fri 0800 – 1400.

Runs – Two organised runs – 5km & 10km are arranged by The Health & Fitness Centre each Month. Please see “Dates for the Diary” OR the Gym Website for more details.

Shuttle Bus & Taxi Services – Shuttles to/from Great Chesterford Station operate in the morning and afternoon, please contact the shuttle service for times and details on 07746 808296.

Speed Limits – the speed limit on park roads, beyond the Gatehouse, is 20 mph. The speed limit on the access road, leading to the Gatehouse, is 30 mph. Whilst it is tempting to drive faster on these roads, we urge all Tenants and Visitors to observe these speed limits for health and safety reasons, protecting walkers, runners, cyclists and wildlife on the Park.

Stamps – Postage Stamps are available from The Shop in The Nucleus.

Tenants Meeting – Bi-Annual Meetings for Facilities Managers and/or representatives. An interesting forum discussing Health, Safety & Environmental Issues, Fire Safety, Security, Waste Management, Park Events and operational arrangements/issues.

Vending Machines – Chilled canned soft drinks and confectionary are available from vending machines located just inside The Nucleus main entrance.

Visitors – all visitors should be pre-registered at The Gatehouse OR Security. Visitors not pre-registered will experience delays, due to the need to seek authorisation from Host Company, prior to access being allowed.

Wildlife – rabbits, monk jack deer, foxes, deer, badgers, bats, owls, pheasants and partridges, to name but a few, are all regular visitors to the Park.
