Development Phase's 1 & 2 included The Nucleus (a 21,000 sq ft central facilities building), the Pembroke Building (a 15,000 sq ft R & D HQ building), the Darwin Building (a 24,000 sq ft laboratory), the Gonville Building (a 41,000 sq ft laboratory) and the Emmanuel Building (a 41,850 sq ft laboratory). Future occupiers will join a growing number of research and bio-technology companies on site.
