Chesterford High School Rules OK!

Chesterford Research Park goes Back to School, raising over £800 for Comic Relief!

Today was anything but business as usual at Chesterford Research Park!  Dressed to impress in school uniforms the Park Team, led by their Head Girl, Park Manager Katherine Maguire set about raising as much money for Comic Relief as possible via a variety of activities throughout the day.

Collection buckets were out in abundance with everyone entering or leaving the Park being asked to donate what they could.  A cake stall was set up in the Mansion House to tempt the staff of the nine companies currently in residence, the restaurant served ‘School Dinners’  and the Tuck Shop and raffle did a roaring trade.

Team members from Security, Catering, Maintenance and the Fitness suite all took part to help raise over £800 throughout the day.

One member of the Park Team, Tim Jones went just that little bit further to raise money by shaving off half his hair and then dying the remaining half red, adding a further £250 to the total for the day!
