Existing Buildings
At the beginning of 2003 there were some 350,000 sq ft of buildings on the Park, half of which were occupied by research and development companies providing effective laboratory, research and office accommodation.

Four principal buildings will be retained on the Park and other buildings capable of successful refurbishment will be upgraded to provide modern accommodation for occupiers.
Further refurbishment schemes are being planned on two existing buildings to provide 5,500 and 18,000 sq ft facilities for laboratory companies and these opportunities can be developed further with interested occupiers.
