Building 900 Case Study
Work commenced on site in September 2003 to construct a headquarters laboratory building. The design of the building was developed in response to discussions and a detailed brief provided by the tenant.
The building provides two principal and interlinking areas of accommodation over two floors with an additional plant floor above. Click here to show floor plans of the building which reflect a real occupiers requirement for 24 m laboratory floor plates and clear open plan office areas. The site allows the building to be extended by a further 8,000 sq ft.

From initial meetings on site in the Spring of 2003, a design was worked up, planning obtained to start on site within six months of commencing detailed discussions.
