The building provides two principal and interlinking areas of accommodation over two floors with an additional plant floor above.

Floor plans of the building which reflect a real occupiers requirement for 24 m laboratory floor plates and clear open plan office areas. The site allows the building to be extended by a further 8,000 sq ft.

Further details of the design for new buildings can be found in the Design Guide. From initial meetings on site, a design was worked up, planning obtained to start on site within six months of commencing detailed discussions.
